A Mixolydian Samba for Classical Guitar and Percussions

a-mixolydian-samba-classical-guitarA Mixolydian Samba is a rare original composition for classical guitar and percussion. This composition has a special tuning that is difficult to reproduce with instruments such as classical guitar. Tuning used for this record is Pythagorean with A note at 432 Hz, so that harmonics are the most natural possible. Moreover, mixolydian mode to A note, Khamaj thaat raga in indian music, is a scale that has characteristics of joy and happiness and that stimulates the second chakra.

All that exists is vibration, including us. Music that accords with the basic frequencies of life resounds in us and gives us positive energy, in particular by fostering emotional states and brain waves. This original composition was made so that the Tempo and the main frequencies of the music are tuned on the beneficial frequencies of 432 Hz for A note on the Pythagorean scale, to stimulate the second Chakra: Svadhisthana.
