Today I present a song by an Italian guitarist like me, who has a style strongly rhythmic, his name is Nicholò Renna. In fact, the title “Danza Funk” means Funky Dance, and I must say it is very accurate for this piece with much groove, but also with elements of Rag Time. Nicholò was born in Palermo where he studied at the conservatory and where he works as a music teacher. His compositions are very influenced by folk and blues, and this is also due to his origin in the South of Italy. Good listening to “Danza Funk”.
