Pavane (Fauré) for Classical Guitar

Fauré - Pavane for Classical GuitarThe Pavane, Op. 50 in F-sharp minor, is a famous work of Fauré for choir and orchestra, which was repeated in many other versions. The musical form of Pavane comes from Padua, an Italian city, and this music was written by Fauré in dedication to the Countess Elisabeth Greffulhe, as was his musical portrait. Many artists have played the Pavane of Fauré, like Jethro Tull and Lee Ritenour for example, but I am convinced that with this music classical guitar becomes very deep and meditative.

If you like meditative music, I can also recommend my version of the Pavane Op. 50″ by Fauré“. Thanks for visiting.
